I won't feel a thing for him either way.
The real question is there anyone currently in power with the means to keep him out of sight and make sure he "dies of covid." That would suit a lot of their needs. No more gaffes, install the one we really want as VP, no messy 25th, ready made martyr to carry down the streets of Scranton, etc.

Seems like I have heard plenty of people who recovered after a couple days. It has been a week.
That said, I don't know any 80 year olds who had it.

JULY 30 - BIDEN TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID AGAIN!
He claims to be "symptom free" this time. Apparently this is not unusual with that Paxlovid medication he's been given; normally people take it for 5 days and it knocks the virus down to undetectable levels, but in a number of those treated, the tiny residual bits of virus resume multiplication and reassert themselves. MAYBE that's what happened.
Good timing - this may knock Joe's embarrassingly terrible performance in his conference with the Chinese off the news.

At his age, to get a second round of COVID this quickly, isn't good.
