I was at a fancy grocery store in the city and saw peri peri sauce, which I was unfamiliar with, and decided to give it a go. Its main ingredient is an African pepper. They had a medium variety, which sounded good for this white boy.
Good stuff. My normal breakfast condiment is Cholula, and even the medium peri peri make Cholula mild in comparison, but it has a very good flavor.
