Title: Nigeria - $45/Day Maximum Cash Withdrawls

Furthering its goal towards a "cashless digital system" Nigeria is restricting ATM and other access to cash to $45/day. I'm sure the establishment US will be taking notes.

Pretty good opportunity to establish a black market me thinks. A person could trade with stuff that actually has value! :cool:
