So something is seriously wrong with me!!!
« on: March 12, 2005, 06:34:05 PM »
I watched the notebook tonight and thought it was a great movie.
Have I lost it completly?
But my dreams they aren't as empty
As my conscience seems to be
I have hours, only lonely
My love is vengeance
That's never free

I didn't say "old"; I said "ol' " ... you can be ol' anything at any age...

(Is he buying this truly lame attempt at recovery?) Smiley

I liked it as well. I bought my wife the book for her birthday. It is only 200 or so pages so I might take a few hours to read it at some point.

Possibly one of the better movies to watch with the wife/girlfriend ... you'll pile up so much extra credit for sitting through it with her, you can probably get away with bringing home sleazy action movies on your next 20 trips to Blockbuster.
P.S. -- Okay, I'll admit it ... good flick.  Even though I didn't need to watch it with the wife as I'm still using all the credits I earned for sitting through "Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood" with her (in a theater, no less -- I had to sneak in and out in case someone recognized me) ...
