Veterans benefits and felony charges
« on: May 05, 2009, 06:06:47 PM »
Can somebody link me to a codified version of how felony charges that one pleads no contest to affect veteran benefits?  I am assisting on a pro-bono case (assisting the attorney) and need to find out.

I would just call your local VA office and ask them for help.
There are five things, above all else, that make life worth living: a good relationship with God, a good woman, good health, good friends, and a good cigar.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
