Nothing wrong with "urban farming", there's a bunch of urban land that could be better used growing food. I'd much rather see a big community garden than a municipal golf course. We just don't need the fed.gov involved.

But how else can we decide what kinds of seeds to plant ?   ;)
Freedom is a heavy load, a great and strange burden for the spirit to undertake. It is not easy. It is not a gift given, but a choice made, and the choice may be a hard one. The road goes upward toward the light; but the laden traveller may never reach the end of it.  - Ursula Le Guin

Last I checked, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley were two separate companies.

Just perusing Wikipedia and didn't we try something very similar to the "Robin Hood" Tax.  Oh yes, the Revenue Act of 1913 which would only subject the top 1% (now why does that sound familiar?) to paying this new tax.

Sorry, we've already been sold this Bill of Goods once before....

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
