I think the summer blend is hitting the stations, and that's why the price has been jumping up randomly, and right after the most recent shipment.

It jumped to $2.05 at a station in Newton where I buy lunch some days.  It was $1.85 or so yesterday.

Welp, national average is back over $2 a gallon, and more of the stations near my house have broken through the $2 mark.

Sigh.

It dropped here from $1.88 to $1.85, then jumped to $1.95.  (maybe the jump won't stick, that happens occasionally)

It dropped from $1.85 to $1.79 here, then quickly bumped to $1.89.  We will be over $2.00 in a week or so at this rate.

Down a penny today to 1.78. I thought markets were closed today, so the price shouldn't of moved.

Local prices depend more on when deliveries occur.

It's been hovering between $1.90 and $2.05 around here for the past couple of weeks...

I'm also 6 miles from a pipeline terminal, so fuel tends to be a dime cheaper than other areas.

I paid $1.88 today here in Grand Rapids.  On our return from KW last week gas was $2.30 in KW and went down to an average of $2.00 ($1.95-$2.05) once we got out of the Keys through Georgia/Alabama/Tennessee/Kentucky/Indiana and Michigan.

It bottomed out here at around $1.76, it's back up to $1.83 and holding for the last week or so.

Up to 1.79 today, it was 1.59 a week and a half ago.
