All the rain has kept the bugs down and cabbage growing, so I fired up the mandolin slicer, still have all my fingers and coleslaw too!
Cabbage, sugar, Duke's mayo, and horseradish is all I do. Other adulteration isn't slaw. Carrots? Really? Just no.
