My first thought was there is not enough acreage.  But it has a dungeon.  That might be a plus. 

The dungeon could be modified into a secure gun room/safe room.

I was unaware Jeff Epstein was spending his summers here.

I know some people who live nearby (Glasgow). They have a bunch of kids, so they could probably get some use out of those jail cells.
