Scottish Mince and Tatties

I made something similar to this last night with venison. I can't remember the last time I pealed potatoes. I usually quarter, boil skins on, and eat them with a bit of salt and pepper.

I also used a mix of vegetable Better than Bullion and Maggi Cons-Mate bullion for my broth. I found the Maggi at Walmart in the international food section.
