Still not sure what to think about Epps.

His Lawyer worked for the FBI. To the D's, he's the third rail in the J6 hearings.

Either that, or he is turning evidence against other people.

They're trying so hard to have their version of the Reichstag fire

Quote
On February 27, 1933, the German parliament (Reichstag) building burned down. The Nazi leadership and its coalition partners used the fire to claim that Communists were planning a violent uprising. They claimed that emergency legislation was needed to prevent this. The resulting act, commonly known as the Reichstag Fire Decree, abolished a number of constitutional protections and paved the way for Nazi dictatorship.

They've subpoenaed Trump. When he doesn't show up, will they send two dozen guys in battle rattle to his house to arrest him? If they did arrest him (it would be the first time a former president was arrested AFAIK), I can't help but think that it might be what flips the switch. Again, not because it's Trump, but because Trump has become the Everyman that "they" push around.

He has until 4 days before election to produce documents and after election to appear. Two of those four days are weekend. Me as Trump would tell them to pound sand. Unprecedented is the right word because we need some lines on how much sway one branch can hold over another. They might raid him because post election they have no cover for their executive branch.

I think he should demand it be a televised hearing.

They put on a time delay and every time he starts making a point they'll cut to one of their talking heads who will tell you what Trump is "actually" saying.

Nancy Pelosi, Hero of the Republic

Quote
Speaker Pelosi protected the lives of EVERY one in the Capitol on Jan. 6, Republican & Dem, up to & including the VP

Then her good judgment that day saved our Republic

The ongoing hate & sneering disrespect from people she PROTECTED that day is sickening.

I guess this kinda sums it up:

Quote
So to recap, the intel community knew extremists planned to attack on J6, FBI had embeds with their plans, Trump wanted more security, Pelosi did nothing to up it, D.C. mayor fought it, CP opened doors for them & Trump supporters got framed as 'insurrectionists.' Any questions?

So the geofence warrants used for 06JAN were the largest data request the FBI ever did (and google hopped right on that). Data on nearly 6000 devices was handed to the FBI. They sound disappointed that "only" 900 arrests have been made so far. It's nearly 2023, for those keeping track.

Quote
The filing suggests that dozens of phones that were in airplane mode during the riot, or otherwise out of cell service, were caught up in the trawl. Nor could users erase their digital trails later. In fact, 37 people who attempted to delete their location data following the attacks were singled out by the FBI for greater scrutiny.

Again, I'm really hoping for ElonPhones to be a thing. All he needs to do is provide me a mapping/nav app on par with google without the big brother, and I'm there. Everything else on my google account is already done equally well or better elsewhere.

If the Trump admin had requested that data Google would have flipped them off, the MSM would be screaming bloody murder, and the dems would be calling for an investigation and impeachment.

I'm almost certain he will at this point.  A Starlink sat phone that keeps its datalink in house (phone-sat-sat-phone) would allow you to completely bypass all the legacy internet protocol hardware and their built in data surveillance for the NSA, FBI etc.

It will be several significant steps back towards true privacy in personal communications.

Honestly, if you can’t disable the GPS tracking on your phone, you have to be a fool to even take it with you to any right wing political event.

Without a removable battery or a GOOD (as in, you tested it) faraday cage, you're not turning off location tracking on your phone. Not anymore.
