So from what I get out of this, they go straight from "white supremacist" to seven phases of white apology/admiration of non-whites over whites, to hate of whites. This is apparently being taught in elementary schools.

This is kind of old news. Dr. Barnon Hesse, of Northwestern University, originally wrote this in support of his course 'Unsettling Whiteness' back in 2013 or therabouts. I think I first saw it as part of corporate training in 2015. I think he expanded it into a book.

I wonder if proponents of hyper-racializing everything are so dim as to actually believe that doing so will result in genuine peace and healing, or if the conflict and violence they engender serves their purposes better.

Given their Marxist tendencies it brings to mind the darkly amusing image of someone leaning over to their Comrade and saying: “Hey, you know what would make the socialist utopia even more fun? Endless racial animosity.”

The various "tribes" in the USA are not in harmony with each other over much other than replacing the white posterity of the USA.

The Irish, Italians and Poles who flooded in around the turn of the century are mostly allied with the non-white coalition. All these tribes/gangs are unified right now under one banner, one boss gang.

We call them the Democrat Party.

"White privilege" has been around a while, too, but it took a while to enter the mainstream. What's new is that the Left thinks the 2020 "racial justice" moment makes it OK to start pushing this stuff openly, especially in schools.

^^^That's a good point. I know that in our corporate training, it is getting a lot more emphasis now. Part of that, I think, is working for a large religious healthcare organization that has always emphasized that.

Caucasians are the most culturally and phenotypically diverse race that exists.
It’s weird that there is a huge cultural and financial push to lump them all together, while marginalizing or demonizing at the same time... caucasians must be a major threat to someone.
