Hmong Sausage, it's what's for dinner

(1/3) > >>

RocketMan:
We have a large Hmong population in the area.  We also have a great Hmong/Vietnamese/Thai restaurant close by.  They serve a fantastic Hmong pork sausage along with duck and BBQ pork.  I found some of the sausage at a local Asian market this afternoon.  It's what's for dinner, washed down by a good domestic lager.

zxcvbob:
Is it made with real Hmong?

MillCreek:
^^^Cause Montagnards just don't taste the same.

Jim147:
Get off my lawn.

Has anyone seen my dog?

No, but it's made by real Hmong.  And it is very tasty.
I ate two on regular hot dog buns, but they are not really intended to be eaten that way.  Served open on a plate is the best way.
