I had not heard of this before and it will be interested to see what the DEA does with it.

More power to him.  I think all these laws restricting marijuana are flat-out stupid and probably unconstitutional. 

He is walking a fine line, though.  That drug is an intoxicant and the FedGov has deep pockets and an endless supply of lawyers to bury him in legal bills.

Does this different version of THC show up on drug tests?
