C is for "coming out."
« on: March 02, 2021, 10:56:51 AM »
Start them young
Please tell me this is satire

Quote
A video of a woman having a little boy read from "The GayBCs" — a children's book that uses letters of the alphabet to introduce readers as young as 4 years old to LGBTQ words — has been making quite a stir on social media.
Quote
While some of the words don't possess immediate LGBTQ connotations — H is for "hope" and M is for "mountain," for instance — others like "bi" hit right at the heart of it. And little boy with his cute little-boy voice reads all of them:

C is for "coming out."
D is for "drag."
G is for "gay."
I is for "intersex."
L is for "lesbian."
N is for "non-binary."
O is for "orientation."
Q is for "queer."
T is for "trans."
VIDEO: Woman has little boy read 'The GayBCs' — a children's book with terms like 'bi,' 'coming out,' and 'queer.' And the reaction is swift.

D is for Δικη

---edit to add---

(Which is not actually "dyke".  Closest I could come for comedic purposes.)

M is for millstone
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

There is no fixing stupid. But, you can line it up in front of a wall and offer it a last smoke.

There is no such thing as a "transgender" person.  Only mental illness that should be discouraged.

Before our son was born I went to a Barnes & Noble looking for some baby books and I remember seeing some just like this.
"so I ended up getting the above because I didn't want to make a whole production of sticking something between my knees and cranking. To me, the cranking on mine is pretty effortless, at least on the coarse setting. Maybe if someone has arthritis or something, it would be more difficult for them." - Ben

Did any of you happen to hear about Santa's Husband?
https://www.amazon.com/Santas-Husband-Daniel-Kibblesmith/dp/0062748742

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVLRKLUTsAI
The Friday Night Tights crew went through it and spent some quality time making fun of it.  They show a little video of the author.
I think a couple of them were planning to make a parody for next Christmas titled Santa's Divorce.
