Sounds appropriate.  I suspect (without any actual information) that this is not the only reason they decided to part ways.  I find it hard to believe that was the ONLY time she bent the rules or was a bit unstable.

Yale wouldn't fire a part-time groundskeeper without a solid reason.  The fear of lawsuits and bad publicity (mainly that) makes many corporations wary of firing people unless all of the I's are crossed and the T's are dotted.
