BLM at Kentucky Restaurant - Gun Drawn
« on: May 04, 2021, 04:15:26 PM »
BLM protestors, some of them apparently armed, attempted one of their "restaurant takeovers" again. This time a patron drew a gun. It appears that at least one of the protestors had the sense to move her group away to de-escalate.

That gun looks like a derringer or similar to me.

Looks to me like one of those NAA mini revolvers, which would probably do little other than annoy the target.

I certainly wouldn't volunteer to be first in line to get shot with one.....

Nor am I, but it's unlikely to stop the threat.

Speaking of threats:
Quote
According to police statistics, murders, rapes and robberies were up more than 81% above the five-year averages in January and February. This followed a 2020 where police retirements and resignations were at a five-year high after Taylor's death. Approximately 15% of the police force left during that time.

Come to Louisville, they said.  It will be fun, they said ...

Don't recall seeing anything in the local news about this

Maybe that's why the guy had such a little gun.  =D

The loud can't kill but it will disperse.

One of the BLM protesters had some sort of vest on and a mid sized autoloader in the video.  He was maneuvering around in a suspicious way.  All most though he was considering taking a shot at the white guy.....
