This article was published in the WSJ today.  I must be unclear on the duties of the staff, since it sounds as if they do more than sit in a tower on the beach.

Fly320s:
Was that article written by a bot?  Or computer translated from Chinese to Russian to English?  The grammar is terrible and the article has weird syntax.  Example: "To make sure, being a lifeguard isn’t all enjoyable within the solar."   That sounds like a poor translation of "It aint all fun in the sun."

Bogie:
One of the reasons why freshly graduated English majors can't find jobs as simple as writing captions for products, etc., is that it has all been sent overseas. Probably India.

K Frame:
Do they have someone rub their hairy legs?

Amusing (?) sidelight, an incident that's stuck in my head.

Early 60s, just married, went for a job interview as a Tech Writer.  "You can't be a Tech Writer, that's a $10,000 a year job."

Age discrimination.
