Just put a layer of pepper jack on top of the burrito stuff that has been cooking all night. It'll melt, and get stirred in...

Okay - six pounds of ground beef, about 1/4 of a jar of Tapatio, about 1/4 of a jar of Valentina, five envelopes of "taco seasoning," a bit of masa flour, and two pounds of cheese... It is resting in the fridge.
 
Made a sample, and I will probably add a few ounces of the Hot Valentina when I reheat.
