I think that's pretty much it.  The big difference is the levees held this time after being rebuilt post Katrina.  But a week after Ida they still have most of New Orleans without power, many homes without running water, and still have flooded homes.  That's what I would expect in an area that's below sea level and in the path of a major hurricane, but the media only expects that when Democrats are in charge.

Our crews that went down plan to be there until at least the end of the month.

There are so any big stories right now MSM might start finding it hard to ignore them.
Sometimes we carry more weight then we owe.
