Well, I've discovered a new sippin' whiskey, thanks to a friend who used to run high-end rail car amenities (yeah, some folks still ride the rails in private cars... or did before the 'Rona panic...).
Redemption Rye.
Normally, I buy the occasional bottle of bourbon. But hey... Gotta have an open mind.
I was expecting something pretty harsh, and... blended... Yeah, it's a blend, and it only sat for a couple of years, but this is far better than what I expected.
