It means that he learned NOTHING from the Virginia Democrat's recent auguring in when all Terry McAuliffe could really say was "HE'S TRUMP! TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!" about Glenn Youngkin.
And if Mark Warner has learned nothing from Terry McAuliffe's failed strategy, it means that Democrats in general aren't learning anything, because Warner is one of the most intelligent of the Democratic fold.
Given Sniffy Joe's continuing plunge in approval ratings (he's now very close to surpassing Trump for most unpopular president of all time), it just shows how absolutely desperate Democrats are because they see what they're facing in November -- a red wave that will make their vaunted "blue wave" look like drool dribbling down Joe's chin.
