So, you're in an urban grocery...

...and you see a stack of boxes in the fridge that say "food service only, not for resale."
 
And it is in both English and Spanish...
 
Do you figure that they're trying to foist something over on the buying public?
 
Or do  you take a peek.
 
Biggest damn soft tortillas I've ever seen, and they're much better than the ones at the "real" store.

St. Louis groceries mostly just have the mass market stuff...
