Could not get into the OP's link without genuflecting to Google, Facebook, or Apple.

A less starchy source:

https://www.upi.com/Health_News/2022/05/13/FDA-approves-STD-underwear/3371652376179/

"Lorals -- which are available as bikinis or shorties -- are made of vanilla-flavored latex about as thin as condom material and form a seal on the inside of the thigh to keep fluids in, developer Melanie Cristol told the New York Times. They are to be used only once, like a condom"
...

"...There's growing need for such protection because more 'teenagers are initiating their first sexual activity with oral sex,' she said."

I thought the gals were using Saran wrap.

Heh:

"Human clinical trials of Lorals were not needed for the FDA's approval, but the agency did require documentation about thickness, elasticity, strength and other measures, as it does with condoms, the Times reported."

That was one of the first things that occurred to me --government testing.  My mind is at rest now.

Conceptual leaping is NOT recommended during the boinkage, oral or otherwise. You might pull something.

However, I like your "boinkage" coinagement.

As I said elsewhere on the web:

That's why I use "REF:" a lot.

[thread drift] Alas! A mask that won't slip down! (I'd like a dozen in the N95 series, please!) [/thread drift]

My biggest PO-edness was I couldn't whistle with a mask on.

Also, I discovered I had the habit of spitting into the urinals.  Not workable in a mask, but I never realized I had that habit.  Caught myself before I did it, first outing with a mask.
