Lake Mead
« on: June 20, 2022, 09:15:23 AM »
Wow. At Lake Mead right now, it's a two hour wait to get your boat in the water, then another two hour wait to get it out. They expect holidays will be four hours in and out. I think I'd want to just overnight on my boat on a weekend or else the whole day is spent launching and recovering.

There's actually water left in Lake Mead?

Huh. Who knew.

Looks like it won't be long before you don't need a boat.  Just drive your 4x4 across the lake.

That won't work well either.
