Never heard of them.  My first impression looking at the web site was to wonder if it's a scam site.  But, it looks like they actually have physical locations.

They had a location near where I lived until earlier this year, but I never made the trip.

From what I gather from people who have, it's a corporate gun shop and attached range.  Haven't heard anything good from people I know, but they're opening new locations so I guess it's working for them.

They are all around Chicagoland but I've never checked them out.

If you're in Southeastern, MO, and are near the town of Van Buren, a friend just opened a store there called Guns'n'Honey.

Looks like it used to be called Shoot Point Blank.

According to internet, their Memphis location got great reviews, until they shut down a few years ago.  Some of the people who had paid for annual memberships were less than pleased. Yikes. They've since reopened.

Ah okay, Point Blank opened up a range here in Louisville 2-3years ago. Checked google and sure enough it's now Range USA. Didn't know they changed their name.
