I figure we will eventually know what happened.  I figure people are desperately pushing to delay release of more information at least after election day.  This is too interesting of a story for the media (the lower level guys at least) to ignore it forever.

In every single case where I have personal knowledge of a situation that made it to the news, the news has gotten the story catastrophically wrong.  I have no doubt they are doing so in this case as well.  Whether their initial reporting was better or the corrections are more accurate I can't say.

This girl had severe personal problem and committed suicide in full view of a bunch of people by jumping off an upper level.
Does this article mention any of that? Nope. Instead they tried to drum up conditions at UPS as being the cause and accuses the company of both ignoring them and her. They even say her body wasn't found until later in the day after running from security while being escorted out. Basically saying security was like meh.

Pretty much every detail about her and her suicide is total BS in the article.

It would be fantastic to have Project Veritas get undercover video of Pelosi security guards admitting to what really happened.  Paul Pelosi would be better, and he might even be dumb/drunk enough to pull that off.

Imagine being the responding officer and writing the report:
1. Arrive at scene of reported disturbance
2. Met at door by unknown person
3. DeHammer parially clothed males
4. Sort *expletive deleted*it out
5. Realize later that unknown door answerer in 1 (above) was homeowner and caller

So, a patrol officer with enough experience draw graveyard on Halloween weekend has to start his report:

"...met at the door by an unknown partially clothed male person who we later determined to be the homeowner and the husband of the most powerful woman in the nation, only after paramedics were able to remove the hammer..."
I'm giving the benefit of doubt by assuming the officer didn't have English Composition as a minor at San Jose State.

Yep.  Nancy will be MUCH more upset that it’s national news that it was her husband engaging in homosexual adulterous behavior.

I bet they haven’t had sex in 20+ years (can’t really blame him no matter his other predilections if that’s true), and she has likely known of his preferences and doesn’t care, or didn’t until this happened.

If true, I would not be the least bit surprised.

'he grew convinced that “he was Jesus for a year.”"

So... at the end of the year, did he pass it off to another candidate to be Jesus for a year, or return it to the real Jesus?

The attack on Nancy Pelosi’s husband on Friday, which left him with a fractured skull and appeared to be part of a planned attack on the speaker herself, came after a yearslong campaign by Republicans to demonize and dehumanize her.

An interesting little tidbit:  Fox News is reporting DePape is an illegal immigrant from Canada, here on a long term visa overstay.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

What's gonna happen:

The media is completely going to cover up anything that could possibly differ from the "right wing nutcase tries to assassinate the Speaker of the House" story.

Anyone wanna take a bet that Paulie croaks from complications?

Not just the media, the SFPD & nutcase himself are in on the coverup too (if you believe that kind of thing)
In a Mirandized and recorded interview of DEPAPE by San Francisco Police Department Officers, DEPAPE provided the following information:
DEPAPE stated that he was going to hold Nancy hostage and talk to her. If Nancy were to tell DEPAPE the “truth,” he would let her go, and if she “lied,” he was going to break “her kneecaps.” DEPAPE was certain that Nancy would not have told the “truth.” In the course of the interview, DEPAPE articulated he viewed Nancy as the “leader of the pack” of lies told by the Democratic Party. DEPAPE also later explained that by breaking Nancy’s kneecaps, she would then have to be wheeled into Congress, which would show other Members of Congress there were consequences to actions. DEPAPE also explained generally that he wanted to use Nancy to lure another individual to DEPAPE
He never said he was going to kill her.  :police: Just talk, maybe break her kneecaps to make an example out of her and also lure in someone else.
In the moral, catatonic stupor America finds itself in today it is only disagreement we seek, and the more virulent that disagreement, the better.

I'm not sure if that means you're in the "He's a right wing extremist nutcase" camp. Because I'm seeing some pretty interesting video clips of interactions at AOC town halls. I don't think we can automatically assume that if either a D or R politician is attacked, that it's automatically an "extremist" from the other side. Each side has subset demographics that hate their political leadership.
