A cursory Google search yields no background on one Joseph Halm Arcidiacono, but by his appearance I'm guessing he doesn't vote the conservative ticket.

Also, news is calling it a "beer" can. Yeah, right. White Claw is to beer what Smart Fortwo is to automobiles.

This could have come across in a number of ways, but that fact that he was throwing cans of White Claw makes him look like just another leftist idiot.  =)

If it was Budweiser or something like that, it might have looked different.

I assume that is why it is a felony charge.  I wouldn't want to get hit either, but the optics of it being White Claw is just funny.

My dad had a guy throw beer cans at him, while driving through DFW. What is it with Texans and throwing beer cans at people?
