Reminds me of that criminal who had a photo-realistic tattoo made. Of a pistol. With a complete serial number on it. And when the police took him in for something else, they decided to check this serial number up. Turns out a gun of that type he had tattooed on him, with the same serial number existed. It was also reported as stolen. They later found this gun among his stuff.
As such, it isn't that stupid though. Atleast he can cover it. Worse for people like ZombieMan, who had his head tattooed into resembling a skull.
When it comes to silly tattoos, I've seen one or two. Picture this: White dude, early 20's perhaps. Long hair, a la 80's rock/metal. White bandana. Guns n' Roses tshirt. Walks around wearing nothing below his waist except boxer shorts. On his leg, he has a photo of Axl Rose tattooed. Well done I might add, but it has to be the biggest "WTF?" moment in my life, seeing that.
